Historic Lincolnville Festival

The annual Historic Lincolnville Festival will take place from Friday through Sunday, November 11 through 13, 2022. The free festival is a three-day celebration of the history and cultural importance of the Lincolnville community in St. Augustine, with music, dancing, great food and drink, and fun activities for the whole family.

In addition to live music, all three days of the festival will feature local vendors or arts and crafts as well as food, beer, wine, and other beverages. Guests are welcome to bring blankets and chairs.

The historic festival started in 1979 on Labor Day weekend. Originally called the Washington Street Festival, the Lincolnville Festival continues to be a favorite event in St. Augustine for residents and visitors alike.

Admission: Free admission on Saturday and Sunday at St. Paul’s Park. Tickets for the Friday Night Jazz/Veterans dance at the Galimore Center cost $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door.

When: From 7 to 11 p.m. on Friday, November 11; from noon to 11 p.m. on Saturday, November 12; and from noon to 5:30 p.m. on Sunday, November 13, 2022.

  • Friday, 7:00 to 11:00 p.m. — Jazz/Veterans Night at the Willie Galimore Center with Amy Hendrickson from 7 to 9 p.m., and Doug Carn from 9:00 p.m. to midnight. $20.00 in advance and $25.00 at the door.
  • Saturday, 12:00 – 2:00 — Children’s Entertainment by Veritas School and Otis Mason Elementary, including a story time, at St. Paul’s Park
  • Saturday, 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.  — Cellus and King Jay, in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum
  • Saturday, 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. — Double A, at the Main Stage in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum
  • Saturday, 8:00 – 10:00 p.m.  — Marker 82, at the Main Stage in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum
  • Sunday, 10:00 a.m. to noon — Brunch and Christian Jazz Music, in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum
  • Sunday, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m. — Church in the Park featuring Rev. Morris Halyard and the Churches of Lincolnville, in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum
  • Sunday, 3:30 – 5:30 p.m. — Dinner in the Park, in the parking lot of Lincolnville Museum

Where: The Willie Galimore Center is at 399 Riberia Street and will host the Friday night event.  The Children’s Corner on Saturday will be in St. Paul’s Park, across from the Corner Store. All other events will be held in the parking lot of the Lincolnville Museum and Cultural Heritage Center at 102 Martin Luther King Avenue. Attendees are encouraged to bring lawn chairs.

Parking: Parking will be available at the lot next to the St. Benedict the Moor Catholic Church at 86 Martin Luther King Avenue.
